How It works:

1. Choose the leadership competencies you’d like build in your team (we regularly add new, relevant trainings to our catalog)

2. We customize each 90 minute session based on your organization and people leaders

3. We’ll work with you to schedule when these are offered (either monthly or on the schedule you set)

What’s included:

• All promotion, including customized landing page, optional registration and all announcements

• Scheduling, calendar invites and reminders

• Backend logistics and technology for virtual hosting

• Facilitation and content of each training, including one-on-one and group breakouts
