About this Leadership Training:

The growing racial justice movement is not only shining a spotlight on our systemic racism, it is raising awareness on workplace discrimination and inequity. In this time, it’s critical for leaders to understand the concept of privilege and use their influence to create a more just and inclusive workplace. In this leadership training, we’ll provide a basic understanding of privilege and allyship. We’ll discuss how leaders inhibit or facilitate progress and the mindsets and behaviors that will contribute to equity and a culture of belonging on our teams. 

Learning Outcomes & What to Expect:

  • Defining privilege and applying it to our own lives and leadership

  • Learning what allyship looks like in the workplace

  • Identifying practical steps you can take to leverage your privilege and put allyship into action

  • Discuss and connect with team members and colleagues in small groups
