About this Leadership Training:

Our world has shifted (rather drastically) to a more distributed and remote work environment. Yet many leaders are inexperienced in managing and developing cohesive teams in a virtual environment. In this leadership training, we’ll provide your leaders with the strategies and skills required to create healthy working relationships in a distributed workplace. We’ll explain how to develop trust and rapport in a virtual setting, and transfer effective in-person managerial behaviors to a distributed workforce.
